Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused, unopened, and undamaged

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

Non-Returnable Items

 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day right to cancel without giving any reason. This applies only to unused, undamaged items in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
